1 Your Statutory Rights

Under UK consumer law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), when you buy online from MAXMATE, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

All MAXMATE products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Photo/video of the fault
  • Description of the issue

We cover return shipping costs for faulty/incorrect items

Full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt
